No. Web3 Inspector is entirely read-only. It never asks for private keys, seed phrases, or a wallet connection. It only reads publicly available data from the blockchain.
The Gas Tracker fetches live data from the Ethereum network on startup. This typically takes 1–3 seconds depending on your connection. A loading indicator will appear while data is being retrieved.
Ethereum addresses must be exactly 42 characters long, starting with 0x, followed by 40 hexadecimal characters. Make sure you have copied the full address without any extra spaces.
This is correct if the wallet genuinely holds no ETH on Ethereum mainnet. Note that tokens (ERC-20) are separate from ETH balance and are not shown in this version of the app.
Make sure you have selected the correct network (Ethereum or Polygon). A transaction hash from Polygon will not be found on Ethereum mainnet, and vice versa. Also confirm the hash is complete — it should be 66 characters starting with 0x.
Gas prices are fetched live each time you open the Gas Tracker tab or tap Refresh. They reflect the current state of the Ethereum mempool at the time of the request.
No. Web3 Inspector collects no personal data, has no analytics, no account system, and no tracking of any kind. Addresses and transaction hashes you look up are sent directly to public RPC endpoints and are not logged by us.
Ethereum mainnet and Polygon (MATIC) are supported. Additional networks may be added in future updates.

Web3 Inspector does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes entered into the app are used solely to query public blockchain data and are never logged or retained by PymbleSoftware.
All network requests are made directly from your device to public RPC endpoints. There is no intermediary server operated by PymbleSoftware.
